Well, I have to say that making jam from any kind of squash is rather difficult – it’s prone to not setting – I have a batch in the fridge too. I put it through a sieve, turned it into a runny jelly type thing and we call it syrup and have it with ice-cream!

I use to visit super markets, they have so much jam that they sell it However, it looks very tasty (and labour intensive too).
