		<description>As you already have crops under cover, have you thought about carrots in a sand bed?  We&#039;re going to try it next year.  You just build a raised bed (or blag a box) fill it with sand, and instead of using plain water, water with a liquid fertiliser once a week.  A neighbour does it and produces the most perfect carrots ever ... and the little beasts and carrot fly never seem to find their way in</description>
